Now in its 16th year, the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, one of my favorite Orlando foodie events, will take place Friday, Nov. 14 and Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, from 5-9pm each evening, and this year Celebrity Chefs Todd English and Michael Mina will headline the weekend’s events.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will return Friday, Nov. 10 and Saturday, Nov. 11 as the largest version ever, offering more food and beverage selections than any time in the event’s 14 years.
One of the most anticipated culinary events in Orlando every year is the Food & Wine Classic held around Halloween every year at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts, but last year’s event was cancelled due to the pandemic.
This week, the resort announced it was bringing back the event, with a special Spring edition on April 17, 2021.

The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic offers guests unlimited tastings at more than 40 stations featuring culinary selections from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, along with champagnes, beers, spirits and wine from more than 30 wineries, centered around the hotel’s scenic causeway.

Culinary offerings during the event will feature cuisine from the resort’s own award-winning restaurants: Il Mulino New York Trattoria, Shula’s Steak House, Todd English’s bluezoo, and more, with wine and spirits samplings from around the globe.
This year’s menus feature returning fan favorites alongside creative new dishes and offer attendees more than 90 food and beverage stations, 10 seminars, and five themed areas to enjoy.
