If you missed Urbain 40 in Dr. Phillips during this fall’s Magical Dining month, the restaurant is offering a November prix fixe menu with many of the same amazing dishes.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will celebrate its ninth year October 26-28, 2018 with new dishes and themed areas.
Culinary offerings during the event will feature cuisine from the resort’s own award-winning restaurants: Il Mulino New York Trattoria, Shula’s Steak House, Todd English’s bluezoo, and more, with wine and spirits samplings from around the globe.
This year’s menus feature returning fan favorites alongside creative new dishes and offer attendees more than 90 food and beverage stations, 10 seminars, and five themed areas to enjoy.
Magical Dining may be over for another year, but there are still plenty of delicious food-centric events for Central Florida foodies. In fact there are so many, you may want to grab a snack while you read through this list.

Holler and Dash has introduced a healthy new brunch dish for fall. The “Everyday I’m Brusselin’ Bowl” (pictured above) features shaved brussels sprouts, sun dried cranberries, apples, pecorino cheese, and lemon dijon vinaigrette. It’s available at all seven locations in the Southeast, including Holler and Dash Celebration.

Through September 30, restaurant-goers are invited to ‘Chip in the Fight Against Cancer‘ at all Tijuana Flats locations. The initiative will benefit Florida Hospital for Children and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
The 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival starts Thursday August 30, and I have the complete menus for each marketplace.

Beer ‘Merica will bring together over 100 American craft brews in celebration of American Craft Beer Week on Saturday, May 19. Enjoy an afternoon with live music, delicious food, and complimentary craft brew samplings. Beer ‘Merica benefits The Camaraderie Foundation. Visit the event’s ticket page to reserve.
Cost: $35; 21+ only
The beer festival will be a take on the “Top Chef” style competition. Brewers will draw one grain, one hop, and two miscellaneous ingredients. Brewers must brew a beer that includes all ingredients that were drawn. Along with their competition beer, breweries will be bringing along some of their favorite and special beers to share with you. This event will be the largest event to date featuring more than 60 food and beverage stations and 11 educational seminars taught by members of the resort’s award-winning food and beverage team.
