Cinco de Mayo is an annual holiday in Mexico, which commemorates the Mexican army’s unlikely victory over the French forces of Napoleon III on May 5, 1862, at the Battle of Puebla.

Promenade at Sunset Walk (Kissimmee)
From 3pm-11pm on May 5th, Promenade at Sunset Walk will host its 6th Annual Cinco de Mayo Street Party and Celebration. The event will feature nonstop live music across two stages, including performances by The Rundown with a tribute to Maná and Latin/Urbano band Fire Rhythms, along with DJ sets spinning Mariachi, Latin pop, salsa, and more. Guests can also enjoy a Cinco de Mayo Scavenger Hunt from 5pm to 7:30pm, an artisan market, street performers, and food and beverage specials across more than 30 venues. Admission and parking are free, and the event is pet-friendly.
