It’s summer, which means it’s time for the Vans Warped Tour to hit Orlando again. It will roll into the Central Florida Fairgrounds on July 28.
One of America’s premier music and lifestyle tours, it has been a great way to check out up-and-coming bands, as well as rock out to established artists since 1995.
This year’s performers include Allstar Weekend, August Burns Red, Beebs and Her Money Makers, The Black Dahlia Murder, Black Veil Brides, blessthefall, Bring Me The Horizon, Chiodos, Hawthorne Heights, Memphis May Fire, Motion City Soundtrack, Never Shout Never, Reel Big Fish, Silverstein, Sleeping With Sirens, The Used, We Came As Romans, The Wonder Years and many more.
Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to meet bands, as well as enjoy acoustic performances in the sponsor + vendor area. These will be posted on signs at the tents. There’s also plenty of opportunity to shop, check out worthwhile causes, and enjoy skateboard competitions.
Expect it to be crowded and hot, so make sure you keep hydrated and wear sunscreen. You are allowed to bring in one sealed water bottle when you enter the show and that can be continuously filled up at the SIGG Water Hydration Station for free. For more info on what to expect, visit vanswarpedtour.com.
Vans Warped Tour is an all ages show, and runs 11am to 9pm. Tickets are general admission at $38.50 per person.
The Central Florida Fairgrounds are located at 4603 W. Colonial Blvd. There is plenty of grass parking, but you can also use the Rock & Bus service from many Central Florida locations for an additional fee.
