Park Hopper Option Returns to Walt Disney World for 2021 .. #WaltDisneyWorld #ParkHopping

Walt Disney World Resort

Since Walt Disney World reopened last summer, one major thing has been missing from enjoying the parks…the ability to Park Hop.

But starting this month (January 2021), guests who have purchased a ticket or annual pass with Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit more than one park per day.

That said, the park hopping experience in 2021 is going to be very different to start.

With the updated Park Hopper experience, guests must make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park they plan to visit AND enter that first park prior to visiting another.

There will be also be specific Park Hopper hours during which this option will be available. Currently Park Hopper hours will start at 2pm each day, and end at the park’s scheduled close time.

At this time, a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change. Entrance into the next park is also subject to that park’s capacity limitations.

So there’s still some planning that has to be done for the ability to park hop, but I’m happy it’s finally available in some form.

What do you think of park hopping returning to Walt Disney World? Let me know in comments.
