Otronicon Returns to Orlando Science Center

15 Years of innovation in science & technology, Otronicon returns to the Orlando Science Center January 17 through 20, 2020.

Connect with industry leaders and learn about STEM careers; experience the future of games and design; see the latest in medical and military technologies, participate in hands-on workshops led by industry pros, and much more.

Plus, presentations and workshops will allow you to interact with real-world professionals and learn the tricks of the trade as you practice valuable STEM skills.

Featuring multiple industry partners including Lockheed Martin, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida Hospital for Children, University of Central Florida, and others, Otronicon is the Science Center’s largest annual event, hosting more than 15,000 visitors last year.

Otronicon’s keynote speaker is Kate Edwards, who will be speaking on “Career Paths into Game Creation” on Saturday of the event. Other weekend speakers include Rupert Meghnot on “The Business of Making Games,” Chris Ferguson on “Video Games, The Joker and Smartphones – Parenting in the Digital Age,” Joe Tankersley on “Reimagining Our Tomorrows,” and Brandon Naids on “Tech Startup – The Road Less Travelled.”
