Frozen to Have Bigger Presence at Magic Kingdom for Holidays

Magic Kingdom gets Frozen for the holidays.

In addition to the upcoming Frozen attraction at Epcot, Disney has announced the Frozen characters will have a bigger presence during the upcoming holiday season at Magic Kingdom.

Cinderella’s Holiday Wish, the annual daily ice castle lighting ceremony at Cinderella Castle will now feature Queen Elsa using her powers to transform the palace. Elsa replaces the Fairy Godmother, who has handled the duty for years. No word if anything else in the show will be changed, or if it will even have the same name this year.

Here you can see the Fairy Godmother during last year’s ceremony, just about to light up the castle for the holidays:

Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf will also be appearing for the first time in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
