The City of Orlando celebrates the contribution of Veterans with its annual Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 14.
This signature Orlando event features more than 50 Central Florida veterans groups, the UCF Marching Knights and other marching bands, 13 ROTC and JROTC units, first responders, community groups and military vehicles.
One of Orlando’s most popular events is the Veterans Day Parade, which returns to downtown Orlando on Saturday, November 9.
The parade starts at 11am, at the corner of Robinson St. and Orange Ave., heads east on Central Ave, and back north up Rosalind Ave to end at the intersection with E. Livingston St, at 1pm.
There will also be major road closures throughout the downtown area from 7am to 3pm. You can view the map of these closures at cityoforlando.net.
The parade is free to view, but it will cost for parking in downtown Orlando.
