Silver Spurs Rodeo at Silver Spurs Arena

The Silver Spurs Club presents the 157th Silver Spurs Rodeo the weekend of June 4-6th at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee, continuing its legacy of family traditions and community support.

The rodeo weekend events kick off with the Miss Silver Spurs Pageant on Thursday, June 4, at 6pm at the Silver Spurs Arena. The Silver Spurs Club created the title of Miss Silver Spurs to serve as a rodeo ambassador to tell the story of the Silver Spurs Rodeo during community events and when visiting other rodeos.

This event is free to attend and open to the public.

Then the Silver Spurs Rodeo takes over the arena on June 5 and June 6 at 7:30pm. A portion of ticket sales from the summer rodeo performances will be donated to area nonprofits and causes like the Opportunity Center, Inc., and the Osceola Council on Aging.

The Silver Spurs Rodeo, one of Osceola County’s most cherished traditions, will showcase rodeo’s eight classic events, including bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, team roping, tie-down roping, women’s breakaway roping, and steer wrestling. Fans can also enjoy the showcase of youth rodeo events featuring junior barrel racing, junior bull riding, and the Junior Quadrille Team.

For both June 5 and June 6, the Silver Spurs Club wants to honor the sacrifice of military members in our community and beyond. So, for each night of the Silver Spurs Rodeo, veterans and active-duty military personnel may receive a free hot dog or hamburger with a drink. All they need to do to claim this deal is show proof of service at the box office with their ticket.
