Kaya and Smokemade Meats to Host Two More Collaborations

Kaya’s Executive Pastry Chef Clarice Lam and Smokemade Meats’ Tyler Brunache will once again be collaborating on more fan favorite barbecue-inspired pastries created by Lam and featuring smoked meats from Brunache.

The duo will offer their delicious creations next on July 25th, and again on August 1st, both at Kaya’s location.

I’m told the pastry collabs will be the same as on July 4th, a box of 4 pastries which will contain a Brisket Bear Claw, a Smoked Longganisa Bun, a Mango Peach Basque Cheesecake Slice, and a Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread Bibingka.

The last collaboration on July 4th sold out immediately, so if you want to nab some for yourself, doors open at 930am, ane you’ll want to get there early because all pastries at Kaya are first come-first served.

Kaya is located at 618 N Thornton Ave in Orlando.
