The 8th Annual Sebring Soda Festival Returns to Downtown Sebring April 11-12, 2026

Sebring Soda Fest

Looking for daytrip or weekend getaway from Orlando, I’d like to suggest the 8th Annual Sebring Soda Festival that will return to downtown Sebring, Florida, the weekend of April 11-12, 2026.

This year’s event will bring more than 200 craft sodas, dock-jumping dogs, and a full weekend of family acPviPes to the city’s historic downtown circle.

Visitors can sample sodas ranging from nostalgic classics like root beer, cream soda, ginger ale and cola to unusual flavors such as Avery Monster Mucus, Sioux City Birch Beer, and Jackson Hole Snake River Sarsaparilla.

New this year, the festival will feature DockDogs, the canine dock-jumping competition series, bringing the sport to Sebring for the first time. The competitions will take place throughout the weekend.

The two-day festival will also feature more than 100 vendors, food trucks, and over 30 tasting booths throughout downtown Sebring, along with several popular activities including the Pet Costume Contest, Soda Drinking Contest, Kids Zone, family entertainment, and the Soda Pop Street Art Contest.

New interactive elements will also debut in 2026 such as the Soda Art Mosaic, where guests help create a collaborative installation during the event, and a Soda Pop Scavenger Hunt Challenge designed to encourage exploration throughout the festival.

Admission to the festival itself is free. Tasting ticket cards start at $8 and can be purchased online or at the event.
