Police, FBI Need Info on Pulse Orlando Shootings

Early this morning around 2am, shots were fired inside Pulse Nightclub, a LGBTQ+ friendly club on S. Orange Ave in Orlando. As of 8am this morning, there are approximately 20 dead inside, and another 40 people injured and receiving treatment at area hospitals. The shooter is said to be dead.

The Orlando Police Dept, along with the FBI, held the first press conference at 7am this morning, and put out a request for information about the shooting. The FBI is classifying this as an act of domestic terrorism.

If you have, or know of somebody that has, information, including photos and video, please contact the FBI Hotline at 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324), or come to the Orlando Police HQ at 100 S. Hughey Ave.

If you believe an immediate family member may be in the hospital, please come to the main entrance of ORMC’s new north tower. ID required.

It’s sad this is the second shooting this weekend, but we cannot let this senseless violence define us and our city.
