The 2020 Disaster Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday was passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis, and will run Friday, May 29, through Thursday, June 4, 2020.
Also known as the Florida Hurricane Supplies Sales Tax Holiday, it allows qualifying items related to disaster preparedness to be exempt from sales tax.
