Cinemark Theaters brings back their Summer Movie Clubhouse for 2015, offering 10 family movies for only $5.
Among the movies selected to play during the promotion are: The Lego Movie, Dolphin Tale 2, Mr. Peabody & Sherman, Penguins of Madagascar, Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, How To Train Your Dragon 2, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, Diary of a Whimpy Kid: Dog Days, The Nut Job, Turbo, The Croods, and Rio 2. The next big release from Marvel Films is Thor: The Dark World, and fans will be able to enjoy a marathon of Thor in theaters, on November 7, the day before the official release date of the new movie.
Select AMC Theaters, Cinemark Theaters, and Regal Cinemas in the Orlando area will be showing Thor, Marvel’s The Avengers, and Thor: The Dark World (all in 3D) during the marathon. Pricing and extras differ, however.
AMC Theaters will be showing the marathon for $25 for standard theaters, and $30 for Dine-In theaters. All tickets include a collectible lanyard, and a full-sized one sheet poster. AMC Stubs members get $5 in Bonus Bucks if tickets are purchased prior to the day of the event. For a full list of participating theaters, or to purchase tickets online, visit AMCTheaters.com.
Cinemark theaters will be showing the marathon for $25. There will also be discounted concessions for marathon wristband ticket holders. For a full list of participating theaters, or to purchase tickets online, visit Cinemark.com.
Regal Cinemas will be showing the marathon for $20. RCC members can also purchase a medium popcorn and soft drink combo for only $5 (with coupon at box office). For a full list of participating theaters, or to purchase tickets online, visit RegMovies.com.
I’ll probably be at the AMC marathon, since there’s a theater close by. Are you planning to do the marathon?
