Melia Orlando Celebration Hotel has announced it is hosting a Wellness Weekend program, January 23 to 26, a transformative four-day event designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul, and we have the details.

Themes throughout the weekend include Body Awakening, Mindful Balance, Soul Reconnection and Empowered Futures.

Among the events scheduled are a kickboxing class, a mocktail class, a silent disco, reflexology, nutrition talks, relaxing therapies, and more.

The events are offered free of charge for guests staying at Melia Orlando Celebration.

The Meliã Orlando Celebration is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel located in the town of Celebration, near I-4.
