Luma on Park in Winter Park is hosting a Carols and Cocktails holiday fundraiser on Saturday, December 10, from 6:30pm to 10pm.

James and Julie Petrakis (The Ravenous Pig, Cask & Larder) dropped two newsworthy bits of information last week.
First they will be opening a new eatery next year at Disney Springs called the Polite Pig. They are partnering with James’ brother Brian (Greens & Grille) for this fast casual restaurant that will serve wood-fired smoked and grilled items – think sandwiches and salads – as well as a full drink menu that will include beer brewed at Cask & Larder.

Sister restaurant Cask & Larder is now open on Mondays starting June 6. To celebrate the first Monday, they are offering Pig Head Carnitas Steam Buns & 2 Beers for $25
Come celebrate National Brisket Day, May 28th, with Florida’s Founding Father of Barbecue, John Rivers, who will be throwing a Red, White and Brisket Party at 4 Rivers Smokehouse’s flagship Winter Park store.
For one day only, 4 Rivers will be serving up its signature 18-hour, Smoked Angus Brisket in a Chili Cheese Brisket Burger ($7.99). Add two sides for $2.50. The restaurant will also be serving up Chili Cheese Fries ($4.99).
