In the new Toy Story Land that opens June 30th at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Woody’s Lunch Box will serve up classic on-the-go items with a creative twist, and we’ve had a look at the menu.
In Andy’s imagination, even toys have to grab a bite to eat now and then, so he took a vintage Woody-themed lunch box and propped it open with a giant thermos to create a picnic for his green army men.
While Andy’s away, Woody’s Lunch Box will serve up tasty meals and old-fashioned soda floats. Guests will even spot green army men in a nearby lookout tower, standing watch for Andy’s return.

Toy Story Land is set to open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this Summer and Walt Disney World has released a first look at one of it’s main attractions: the Alien Swirling Saucers.
Inside a play set that Andy won at Pizza Planet, the Aliens have powered up their flying saucers—and they’re ready to spin you on a wild ride into space.
We’ve been waiting for an exact date, and Friday on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” parent company Walt Disney World announced the official opening date of Toy Story Land will be June 30, 2018.
Inspired by Disney•Pixar’s Toy Story films, guests who enter Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will feel like they have shrunk to the size of a toy as Woody, Jessie, Buzz, Slinky Dog, the Aliens, Green Army Men and other fun-loving Toy Story characters come to life in the larger-than-life outdoor setting of Andy’s backyard.
Disney has released the first details of a new area in their upcoming Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios called Woody’s Lunch Box.
This eatery is fashioned from Andy’s lunch box and thermos, and will feature a walk-up quick-service window that will serve up tasty meals and old-fashioned soda floats.
In addition to the big Star Wars announcement at D23 EXPO 2015, it was also officially announced that Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also be getting a Toy Story Land.
This new 11-acre land will transport guests into the adventurous outdoors of Andy’s backyard. Guests will be surrounded by oversized toys like building blocks, plastic buckets, and game pieces, making them appear to have shrunk to the size of toys.
