Eddie Izzard, one of Britain’s greatest comedic exports, is bringing his Force Majure show to Central Florida for two shows November 30 and December 2.
Izzard first came to fame for his stand-up comedy, which often takes the form of surreal comic narratives with a few sharp barbs. I’ve seen several of his TV specials, and he is hilarious.
Comic legends John Cleese and Eric Idle are performing together on their Together Again At Last…For The Very First Time tour, and it will be making several stops in Central Florida this month.
Cleese and Idle are both veteran performers, who rose to fame as founding members of the comedy troupe, Monty Python. Over the years, both have also had written, performed, and produced wonderfully funny roles outside of Monty Python, in numerous movies and TV series, such as A Fish Called Wanda, Fawlty Towers, and The Rutles. Idle also created the Tony Award-winning musical Spamalot, based on the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Legendary hard rock group Whitesnake are coming to Central Florida for three dates at the beginning of August.
They will be at the King Center in Melbourne on August 1, at the Hard Rock Live Orlando at Universal CityWalk on August 3, and at the Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater on August 6.
