Food blogger Scott Joseph occasionally hosts Pop-Up food events around Orlando. His next one will be Sous Chefs, Road Food & Rioja, a special charity dinner to benefit the scholarship fund of the American Federation of Chefs and Give Kids the World.
On Wednesday, May 21, sous chefs from such great restaurants as Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort; the new Txokos Basque Kitchen; Emeril’s Tchoup Chop; and Cask & Larder, will join together to cook dinner. Some of the menu highlights will be porcini-scented duck breast, cheese steak bocadillo, and smoked BBQ beef short ribs.
The event will start at 6:30pm, and take place in the showroom of the Orlando Harley-Davidson dealership by Mall at Millenia.
