In honor of Stand Up To Cancer‘s sixth live telecast on Friday, September 7, Orlando will join with other cities across North America to light up in a combination of SU2C’s signature colors.

More than 130 iconic buildings and landmarks across the United States and Canada will be illuminated in SU2C’s signature colors: orange, red, yellow, gray or white.

Maker Faire Orlando Returns for Fifth Anniversary Oct 22-23, 2016

Florida’s largest Maker event, Maker Faire Orlando, celebrates its fifth anniversary the weekend of October 22-23, with a move to a new, larger venue.

Maker Faire Orlando 2016 will be held at the Central Florida Exposition Park (Fairgrounds), and feature hundreds of local Makers, hands-on workshops, and more that will entertain and inspire.

Around Orlando – Audubon Park Utility Box

I love the way certain areas of town are hiring artists to paint the utility boxes. These are big improvement over the boring gray ones found at most street corners.

This utility box is decorated for the Audubon Park Garden District and I think it looks awesome.
