Orange County And Visit Orlando are partnering once again for the return of “#407Day” on April 7, 2021.
This week the City of Orlando and the Orlando Magic jointly announced the Amway Center will serve as an early voting location for the upcoming 2020 elections.
The decision is part of a larger initiative spearheaded by NBA teams around the country to increase ease of access to voting during a particularly crucial election cycle.
Friday afternoon, Halsey Beshears, the Secretary of Department of Business & Professional Regulation, announced Florida is once again suspending the consumption of alcohol at all bars statewide due to the Coronavirus.
At yesterday’s annual State of the County address, Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings announced a new campaign the county has launched, called “Safer, Stronger, Together.”
The campaign seeks to further encourage business and resident participation in COVID-19 safety guidelines, and invites consumers to positively support businesses that adhere to strong, visible safe measures.
Orange County and Visit Orlando have partnered together again on a new promotion to help local restaurants, called “407 Dates.”
Through “407 Dates,” residents can enjoy virtual events each Friday and Saturday evening such as live-streamed music concerts, interactive Orlando-themed trivia shows and world-class theme park entertainment, as they order takeout/delivery found on the Orlando To Go website with over 500 local restaurants on VisitOrlando.com/togo.
