On February 23, we were invited to road trip to Tampa to see the Nuclear Cowboyz show prior to its Orlando dates next month. So with family writer Carol Garreans and her kids, we headed over to the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
We ended up with seats really close to the action, though at times it made it hard to see what was happening on the other side of the arena.
That wasn’t really a problem, though, as the majority of the action takes place in the air as the talented daredevils that make up the Nuclear Cowboyz did numerous acrobatics with their motorcycles (and ATVs).
As we mentioned a few days ago, Nuclear Cowboyz will be making their first appearance in Central Florida when they ride into the Amway Center on March 8 and 9.
Well, if you’ve been on the fence about seeing this high energy family friendly show (which also features the Shaolin Kung Fu Warriors of China), Feld Entertainment is offering a $10 discount on advance tickets.
Simply visit Ticketmaster.com and when you go to purchase your tickets, use offer code BACKFLIP to get the additional $10 off. This code is not valid on $100 Fallout Zone VIP Meet & Greet tickets.
Don’t miss this chance to see this tour which features tricks by the world’s top freestyle motocross riders. Tickets start at just $20.
The 2014 Nuclear Cowboyz FMX tour will make its first ever stop in Central Florida with two shows at the Amway Center in Orlando on March 8 and 9, 2014.
The show is a choreographed arena-based freestyle motocross touring production, complete with laser effects, the largest indoor pyrotechnics show, and a soundtrack comprised of heavy metal, electronic dubstep and alternative hip hop.
Entering its fifth touring year, Nuclear Cowboyz 2014 features the world’s top freestyle motocross athletes, including multi-time X Games medalists Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg, Taka Higashino, Mike Mason, Matt Buyten, Ronnie Faisst and Colten Moore, as well as freestyle heavyweights Derek Garland, Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Nick Dunne, Brody Wilson, Marco Picado and more.
Also joining the tour this year are the critically-acclaimed Shaolin Kung Fu Warriors of China. These warriors use their own bodies to bend metal rods, break objects in precise strikes and be lifted in the air on the points of handheld spears.
Tickets for the shows range from $20 to $75, and can be purchased online or at the Amway Center box office.
There is also a VIP Fallout Zone ticket for $100 that includes premium seating and admission to a private meet-and-greet with the stars of Nuclear Cowboyz 2014 where fans will be presented with a commemorative VIP Fallout Zone credential and poster.
