The Tampa Bay Lightning will open their preseason with a game at the Amway Center on September 18, against the St. Louis Blues.

This season will mark the second time the Lightning will play a preseason game at Amway Center. More recently, Tampa Bay made the drive across I-4 to Orlando on September 21, 2011 to take on St. Louis. The Blues won the game, 4-3, so you know the TBL will be looking to avenge that on the 18th.
