Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining is in full swing and I decided to treat myself to JALEO at Disney Springs.
The restaurant is from James Beard-award winning chef, José Andrés, and offers tapas and small plates influenced by Spain.

Out and About: Previewing the Visit Orlando Magical Dining Menu at Urbain 40
Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining month is a great opportunity to try out some of the city’s best restaurants, and I was recently invited to preview the Magical Dining menu at Urbain 40.
Chef Tim Keating (formerly of The Flying Fish at Walt Disney World) has crafted a delicious menu that pays homage to America’s melting pot influences, notably Italian and French.

Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month presented by American Express is kicking off the celebration with a preview week beginning August 24th and continuing through September 30th.
Now in it’s 13th year, Magical Dining shows off the city’s amazing culinary scene with over 100 restaurants participating with special three-course menus, all for the fixed price of $35. There are dishes to please every palate and every diet including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan.
I had an opportunity to preview the menu from Bulla Gastrobar in Winter Park. Bulla features Spanish and Portuguese cuisine, and the Magical Dining menu did not disappoint.
