Ivanhoe Holiday Sign

Join Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer as he throws the switch lighting the Happy Holidays/Happy New Year sign in Ivanhoe Village on Friday, November 22.

From the 1950s through the mid-90s, the 12-foot neon sign atop the historic Orlando Utilities Commission building on Lake Ivanhoe announced “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” and “HAPPY NEW YEAR”

It’s been two decades since the neon sign has been lit, so come on out and see the festivities.

The event is free to attend, and starts at 6pm, at the historic Ivanhoe building, located at 1111 North Orange Ave in Orlando.
