This month, The Americas Cake Fair returns to Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center, the weekend of Oct 13-15, 2017, and we have tickets to give away!
This event is the largest trade and consumer show in North and South America dedicated to cake, chocolate, sugar arts and more.
The Science of Wine is one of Orlando’s most popular wine events, and it returns to the Orlando Science Center for its 6th year on April 30.
The event not only offers more than 150 fine wines to sample, courtesy of Southern Wine & Spirits, but great food samples from 30 culinary partners, live music, a silent auction, and more.
Food Network sends Cutthroat Kitchen to camp this summer for the five-episode special series Camp Cutthroat, and Orlando’s Chef Emily Ellyn will be one of the competitors.
In the series, host Alton Brown will guide twelve chefs as they fight for victory, and the chance to win up to $75,000 in a tournament of great outdoors-themed culinary challenges with a diabolical twist.

Highlights of the event are appearances by Celebrity Chef Emily Ellyn, who will be making her retro rad recipes on the Cooking Stage Saturday and Sunday, and Brian Santos, the “Wall Wizard,” who will be showing painting tips and tricks all weekend at the Celebrity Stage.
There will also be aisles and aisles of exhibitors showcasing the latest products that will help you achieve your design or renovating goals and dreams.
Visitors to Epcot Center’s Food and Wine Festival tomorrow, October 22, are in for a Retro Rad treat! Emily Ellyn (“Next Food Network Star” finalist, “Cupcake Wars” winning team member, World Food Championships judge) will be on stage at the Festival Welcome Center Culinary Demonstration Stage at 3pm and 5pm. Tickets for the exclusive demonstration are $15* (admission to Epcot is required, and not included).
Guests will sample her Chocolate Tea Cake filled with Rose Water Frosting a.k.a. “I’m a Little Tea Cake”, which pairs perfectly with Banfi’s Rosa Regale.
