Since sister network ABC is airing this year’s Academy Awards, Walt Disney World is hosting a special promotion that will allow guests to have their photo taken with an actual Oscar statue.
From now through Sunday, February 22 (the night of the Academy Awards), Disney Hollywood Studios will be home to the “My Oscar Moment” photo op.
Currently co-starring in the hit CBS series “Hawaii Five-O,” actor Daniel Dae Kim managed to tear himself away from Hawaii long enough to bring his family to Walt Disney World.
While at Disney’s Hollywood Studios today, he ran into a fellow Hawaiian by the name of Lilo. Thankfully Stitch wasn’t around to cause trouble.
Kim, who was born in South Korea, made a name for himself in hit TV shows like “Lost” and “Angel.”

The above photo was taken at the Osborne Lights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s one of my favorite parts of the whole display.
