Chef and owner John Rivers has opened a 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Kissimmee this month, adding to the brand’s growing list of Florida locations.
The Florida-based smokehouse brand is known for its cross-regional approach to barbecue with more than 10 styles of menu options, including Texas-Style 18-Hour Smoked Angus Brisket, Burnt Ends,Southern Pulled Pork, St. Louis Style Ribs and Smoked Chicken. These are available as sandwiches, dinner plates, signature stackers, and more.
