This year’s Orlando Home & Garden Show takes over the Orange County Convention Center March 4-6, with local home and garden experts, kitchen and bathroom contractors, interior designers, and much more.
Featured headliner guests include Jeff Lewis, star of Bravo’s hit TV show “Flipping Out” and a top interior designer, who will appear Saturday only, and Retro Rad Chef Emily Ellyn, who will appear on the Cooking Stage both Saturday and Sunday.
Orlando’s Retro-Rad Chef Emily Ellyn is competing in Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen” on February 15, and you can watch the episode with her, at a free viewing party at Tin Roof Orlando.
Show host Alton Brown was her mentor on “Next Food Network Star,” but now she’s competing for $25,000 as the hopeful winner of the network’s competition show, “Cutthroat Kitchen.”
Chef and culinary educator Emily Ellyn, best known as the Retro Rad Chef from Food Network, will be appearing at the Orlando Public Library branch downtown on Sunday, August 10.
She will be making her her recipe for “Green Tomato Chutney” which is featured in “Tomato Wisdom,” a children’s book that teaches tolerance and acceptance through the varieties and imperfections found in the garden.
