Earlier this week, we were invited out to sample Carrabba’s new Festa di Carrabba menu at their Lake Bryan location near Disney.
It was a small group that gathered in the bar area, and we were treated to mini-plates of the major dishes on the new menu.
We started with an appetizer of Arancini. These were little balls of risotto, Italian fennel sausage, red bell peppers, and romano cheese, hand-breaded and fried, and served with housemade marinara for dipping. These were very tasty and I really liked the sausage flavor.
We then were served small portions of each of the new entrees.
