Watch This Year’s 10 Oscar Nominated Films During the AMC Best Picture Showcase

Do you ever watch the Best Picture category during the Oscars and realize you haven’t even seen half of them? Or any of them?

Remedy that with the annual Best Picture Showcase put on by AMC Theaters.

During this event, AMC shows all the current year’s Best Picture nominees in a block, with one admission covering the whole thing. Since this year has 10 nominees, the block is being split into two showings.

The first one takes place on Saturday, February 19, and includes Toy Story 3, 127 Hours, The Kids Are All Right, True Grit, and The Fighter.

The second one takes place the following Saturday, February 26, and includes Winter’s Bone, Black Swan, Inception, The Social Network and The King’s Speech.

A two-day pass costs $60 and includes all 10 films, along with $20 in AMC gift cards to be used for concessions. A single-day pass is $35 and includes a $10 AMC gift card.  Either pass may be purchased at the theater box office.

In the Orlando area, the Best Picture Showcase will be held at the AMC Downtown Disney 24.

The Oscars will be shown on February 27, 2011, on ABC at 8pm (EST).
