40th Annual Winter Park Autumn Art Festival Takes Place October 12 and 13, 2013

The Winter Park Autumn Art Festival celebrates its 40th anniversary on Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13, 2013. It is the only juried fine art show to showcase Florida artists exclusively.

Winter Park Autumn Art Festival From over 350 applications, 156 of Florida’s outstanding artists were selected to display their works in eight different categories, including ceramics, drawings and graphics, fiber, fine crafts, jewelry, painting, photography and sculpture. Prize money awarded by festival judges in 2013 will exceed $16,000.

Throughout the festival, attendees will be able to enjoy live musical entertainment on the Central Park Stage, children’s activities led by instructors from The Crealdé School of Art, food vendors and a sidewalk sale at local merchants.

The festival takes place in Central Park in Winter Park. It is free and open to the public both days from 9am to 5pm. Park Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic during the festival from New England Avenue to Canton Avenue. Ample parking can be found on area side streets, parking garages and complimentary valet is also available.
