AutoNation, along with multi-platinum recording artist Andy Grammer, presented a check for $50,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) at this past weekend’s AutoNation Cure Bowl in Orlando.
This nationally televised game will be played at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Funds raised from the AutoNation Cure Bowl will directly benefit the nation’s highest rated breast cancer organization, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, whose mission is committed to exclusively funding cancer research.
During this weekend’s AutoNation Cure Bowl at the Orlando Citrus Bowl, the company presented a $1 million check to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
The largest corporate charitable gift ever presented as part of a college Bowl Game, the check was presented by Mike Jackson, the company’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, and his wife Alice Jackson, to Myra Biblowit, President and Chief Executive Officer of the BCRF.
On December 19th, AutoNation will sponsor the first AutoNation Cure Bowl at the Orlando Citrus Bowl, and they’ve announced award-winning country artist Joe Nichols will headline the event’s Tailgate Party and Concert.
Nichols has had many hits, including “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off” and his current single, “Freaks Like Me.”
