Festival Bay to Be Renovated into Artisan Marketplace called Artegon Orlando

Artegon Orlando

It’s no secret that ever since it opened, Festival Bay Mall has not seen the shoppers that nearby malls like the Premium Outlets have. That it is why it is being transformed into an artisan marketplace similar to New York City’s Chelsea Market.

It will be called Artegon Orlando, and the interior will be gutted and remodeled. The new layout will feature more kiosks and stands, as well as small stores. There will also be an indoor farmer’s market in the former Steve & Barry’s space that will be open daily.

Current anchor stores, such as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Bass Pro Shop, and Putting Edge, will be joined by a new German-themed restaurant and beer hall with on-site brewing, called Hofbrauhaus. Radbourne Skatepark will open in the old Vans space. Rumors are Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill will open its first Orlando location at the mall, too.
