With this exhibit, Florida urban street art aficionado, collector, and exhibition curator, Juan Santos “Nano” of Public Art Nation has put together a collection of works with the goal of raising awareness of the young talent that is flourishing in Central Florida.
Exhibiting artists include Genevieve DeMarco, Jamile B. Johnson, Johan Barrios, Sapphire Servellon, Naderson St. Pierre, Noirson and Raggid Art, Inkusual Studios, CStanley Creative, Ermes Art, German Lemus, Leo Monzoy, Dionaly Rock, and BOZKO.
The exhibit is free, and pandemic safety protocols will be in effect. Hours are 10am to 5pm daily.
Mixed media artist Kelly Joy Ladd will hold her debut showing and opening reception, “In My Wildest Dreams,” at the Halo Salon and Spa, on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
The event will run from 8pm to 11pm, and will also feature music by DJ “OMG It’s Becky,” along with food and drinks for purchase by The Hideaway. It is free to attend.
Ladd, a Central Florida native and graduate of the University of Central Florida, creates mixed media art pieces with pops of color and playful patterns. Her one-of-a-kind art pieces will be available for purchase at the show, which will run through June 5, 2013.
