Frozen - Anna and Elsa

As popular as Disney’s Frozen Summer Fun Live! event has been, it’s seemed a sure bet that it would be extended past its original September 1 end, and today it was confirmed that the end date is now September 28.

Though you have one extra month to enjoy the event, there will be a minor change.

There will still be the daily 11am processional featuring Anna and Elsa, along with the several times a day Frozen sing-a-long. There will also be the nightly dance party with a live band and DJ. The ice skating rink will be open daily, too.

The only change is that after September 1, the nighttime Frozen Fireworks Spectacular will only happen on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through the 28th.

The Frozen Summer Fun Live! events are included with regular park admission. Are you excited that it’s being extended?

Disney’s Hollywood Studios to Get Frozen this Summer

- Michelle Snow

If your family still can’t get enough of the Disney movie Frozen, then you’ll want to be at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for their Frozen Summer Fun LIVE! events.

Anna and Elsa Starting July 5, the park will have a full day of Frozen events and activities.

At 11am, Anna and Elsa arrive at the park as part of their goodwill tour of neighboring kingdoms. A short parade will take them down Hollywood Blvd in a horse-drawn sleigh, joined by Kristoff, skaters, skiiers, ice cutters and more. The entire procession culminates in a special moment at the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage to officially welcome the visiting royalty to this kingdom of Hollywoodland.

Throughout the day, guests can participate in a Frozen sing-along celebration inside the Premiere theater with Anna and Elsa, shop at Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post & Frozen Funland, ice skate at Oaken’s Frozen Funland, and more. You can also pick up a “Take-Along Olaf” from locations in the park and take pictures with it. Tag them with #OlafSummerVacation, and they may just get selected to appear in that day’s grand finale
