Morimoto Asia Hosts Sushi Showdown

Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs will transform into Orlando’s ultimate sushi stage as the city’s most talented sushi chefs go head-to-head in the inaugural Sushi Showdown on September 21st.

Each chef will create both a signature sushi with rice and a cooked small plate using the same featured fish. Guests will then vote for their favorite as they aste the chef’s creations and decide who deserves the coveted award.

Throughout the evening, attendees will also enjoy live entertainment, and participate in an exciting live auction benefiting Give Kids The World, with 100% of auction proceeds supporting the nonprofit’s mission of creating unforgettable vacations for critically ill children and their families.

Guests can choose between two tasting sessions – 5:30 to 7:30pm or 8 to 10pm.
