'Holidays in Space' Returns to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

The last two weeks of the year, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex transforms into a winter wonderland with “Holidays in Space,” presented by PEPSI®, and this year it will run December 15-30, 2023.

Starflake’s “Holiday Voyage” is a fun show projected nightly on the massive exterior of Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex®.

Embark on a breathtaking journey with Starflake as she travels through the stars, Earth, and beyond. You will recognize familiar places along the way, like the Vehicle Assembly Building, International Space Station, James Webb Space Telescope and more.

Festive holiday décor can be seen throughout the visitor complex, including a 50-foot tree with more than 61,000 pixels of light, located behind Orbit Cafe.

And don’t miss the all-new Rocket Tree Trail Sponsored by L3Harris®, six-foot-tall astronaut nutcrackers, the NASA meatball-turned-holiday ornament and so much more.

“With all the current excitement surrounding space exploration as we anticipate eventual voyages to the Moon and Mars, the visitor complex is a hub for learning, inspiration and fun, especially with it decked out for the holidays,” said Therrin Protze, chief operating officer, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

“Holidays in Space” is included with regular admission to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, which will be closed on December 25, 2023.
