JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa has just launched a dinner service at its UnReserved Food Bazaar.
Led by Chef Peter Kunstek, UnReserved’s dinner menu is served from 5pm to 10pm, and includes flavors from around the world, served tapas-style.
The restaurant’s JOSPER oven, a hybrid of a charcoal grill and oven, prepares everything from handmade pizzas to Grilled Japanese Eggplant and Charred Flank Steak.
The menu also includes sushi from a new raw bar; seasonal salads (including grilled peach and burrata for the summer); fresh fish from locally sourced purveyors; and what I’m told is a standout house-made poblano cornbread with whipped honey butter.
Many dishes incorporate herbs harvested from the resort’s new JW Garden designed by celebrity landscape artist Lily Kwong. Can’t get fresher than that.
Unreserved also offers an extensive local craft beer and wine list, as well as vibrant, European-style cocktails to enjoy with your meal.
