This weekend, Orlando Science Center is unveiling a Tiny Green Home during Otronicon, Feb 12-15.
The Tiny Green Home, a partnership between OUC, the City of Orlando and Orlando Science Center, is an educational resource showcasing the benefits of energy and water conservation, renewable energy, sustainability rebates, vehicle electrification, composting, growing your own food and sustainability programs from the trio.
Learn twelve ways to save energy, six ways to divert your waste, and five ways to conserve water. Plus, discover three small garden beds that rotate seasonally and are easy to install in your yard, or adapt to condo or apartment living.
The 162-sq-ft home is located next to the OSC in Loch Haven Park, and admission is free. Otronion or OSC admission is not required.
