Blake Shelton’s Ole Red Orlando

Blake Shelton’s new Southern-style restaurant brand, Ole Red, finally has an opening date for its new Orlando location.

Officials with Ryman Hospitality Properties have announced Ole Red Orlando will open April 14 at ICON Park on International Drive.

Inspired by country music superstar and Opry member Blake Shelton’s satirical hit “Ol’ Red,” Ole Red Orlando says it will bring the best of southern food, hospitality, and live country music to its new location

The full menu hasn’t been announced yet, but I’ve heard many of the other locations’ top sellers will also be on the menu, like the signature Champagne of Fried Chicken, burgers, wings, and several vegan options. Expect a full bar with specialty drinks, and beer by the draft and can, as well.

In addition to food and drinks, Ole Red Orlando will offer live music and feature concert-quality lighting, up-to-date acoustics, and seating for about 500 people.

I’m looking forward to concerts by up-and-coming country artists, once the eatery finds its groove.
