Tibby's New Orleans Kitchen is serving up a new seasonal Summer in the Bayou menu

Tibby’s New Orleans Kitchen is serving up a new seasonal Summer in the Bayou menu, delivering the authentic Cajun flavor and old-fashioned Creole cooking beloved in the bayou and beyond.

Taking culinary cues from authentic French Quarter recipes, the seasonal menu will include:

  • Later Gator Bites, hand-breaded served with a side of remoulade [pictured above]
  • Good Times Boudin Rolls, stuffed with Jack Cheese, lightly fried and served with a side of Creole dijonnaise
  • Southern-Style Chicken Fried Steak, hand-breaded and fried to perfection, topped with homemade sausage gravy served over house-made grits
  • Cajun-Style Catch of the Day, blackened, topped with crawfish etouffee served over dirty rice
  • Sauteed Shrimp & Spinach Salad, served with egg, bacon, tomatoes, feta cheese, and a side of hot bacon dressing

Guests can enjoy the Summer in the Bayou menu until August 31 at all three Tibby’s locations (Altamonte Springs, Brandon, and Winter Park).
