1921 by Norman Van Aken, Mount Dora

Taking a page from his “My Florida Kitchen” cookbook, Chef Norman Van Aken will be offering a special Easter-Sunday themed, Sunday Supper that will feature his “After Church” Ham, Mac ‘n’ cheese, and cola collards. Cost is $25 per person.

Ace Cafe Orlando, Downtown Orlando

First, hundreds of eggs will be spilling out of the trunk of a car parked in the lobby of the restaurant. Every guest can dive for an egg to see what they’ve won. One lucky person will win free Ace Cafe for a year! Other prizes include dinner for two, free appetizer, drink tickets, $10 gift certificates, Ace t-shirts and more! One egg per person. Eggs are first-come, first serve. When they’re gone, they’re gone! Oh, and there’ll also be candy filled eggs for the young (or just young at heart)!

Then head inside for an a la carte Easter Brunch, including Chicken & Waffles, Morning Meatloaf and Crème Brulee French Toast, and Eggs Benny, plus an Easter special Steak and Eggs (8oz top sirloin with two eggs and hash browns). Bring the whole family on Easter Sunday for a fun-filled Easter egg hunt with special prizes and petting zoo, followed by a delectable buffet spread complete with carving station and fresh-squeezed juices, all before you watch The Muppets, a classic film the entire family will love. K Restaurant will be offering Lamb Rack, with Roasted Carrot Purée, Charred Spring Onion, Fava Beans, and lamb jus for $38. Chef Michelle will bring out the sweet tooth in us, and for $10 a person, guests can enjoy an unlimited dessert bar. In addition, K will be offering carafes of Easter Rosé Sangria for $25, or $8 for a glass; along with $8 floral-themed cocktails during brunch, A la Aviation and Ma Vie en Rose.

Ravello will be serving an Easter Brunch from 11am. Items include a raw bar, seafood station, antipasti and salads, made-to-order crepes and omelets, traditional breakfast favorites, and a kid’s buffet. Cost is $105 per adult; $45 children 5-12.

Easter Egg Display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World

From March 24 to April 10, the lobby will showcase dozens of gorgeous, hand-decorated Easter Eggs made by Disney pastry chefs that guests can vote on during Easter weekend. It’s free to attend and is family friendly.

Easter Egg Hunt at the Orlando Fire Museum, Orlando

In addition to museum tours, kids will get a chance to collect prizes while learning about fire safety, view new and antique fire trucks and take a photo with the Easter Bunny. This free event is from 10:00 – 11:30am on March 31.

Easter Egg-stravaganza at Barnett Park, Orlando

This family event will be held on  Saturday, March 31 from 2-5pm. Cost is $6 per child, but accompanying adults are free.

EGGstravanga Carnival and Egg Scramble at St. Cloud Civic Center, St. Cloud

Registration begins at 10:00am and the egg scramble will start promptly at 10:30am. There will be games with prizes, bunny crafts and get your face painted! Visit with the Easter Bunny and bring your camera for photos. Egg Scramble cost is $5 for ages 9 and under.
