After the successful launch of his Tesla Roadster into space during this week’s SpaceX rocket launch, Elon Musk was spotted at the Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill in Port Canaveral having a pint of beer.

Lucky’s Market has announced plans to open in the old Sports Authority space in Colonial Landing Plaza, near Fashion Square Mall, later this year. This location joins the currently open location at E. Colonial and Alafaya, and two scheduled-to-open locations in Hunters Creek and Clermont.

Caro-Bama BBQ has opened inside the North Quarter Market at 885 N. Orange Ave. They are open from 11am to 3pm for lunch and 5pm to 8pm for dinner. They offer both a signature Bama white sauce and Carolina vinegar sauce.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop will open later this month in downtown Orlando next to Orange County Brewers. This will mark the Texas-based brand’s third Central Florida location. They can also be found in Altamonte Springs, and on E. Colonial.

Foxtail Coffee and Island Fin Poke are the first commercial tenants announced within Tavistock’s newest multifamily development in Lake Nona, Pixon Apartments. Both tenants are anticipating an early 2019 opening.

Family-run Kimchi’s Korean Grill in SoDo will close its doors on February 27, 2018. No reason was given.

Last month, we mentioned Tin and Tacos was opening a SoDo location, and now we know where. T&T will take over Kimchi’s location at 419 E. Michigan St. and plans to open sometime in April or May of 2018.

Carmel Kitchen & Wine Bar has closed their Winter Park location on N. Orlando Ave. They still have locations in the Tampa area.
