Glen Phillips, of Toad the Wet Sprocket, will bring his tour to Orlando with a show at Backbooth in downtown Orlando on Sunday, May 1.

Glen Phillips of Toad the Wet Sprocket

Phillips and Toad the Wet Sprocket broke big in the 90s with alternative rock hits like “All I Want” and “Walk on the Ocean.”

In between recording and touring with the band, Phillips released several solo albums and EPs, and participated in lots of side projects including MAS, Plover, WPA, and RemoteTreeChildren. For more information, visit glenphillips.com.

Phillips is touring solo and will probably incorporate a little of all these facets of his musical history into his set.

Tickets for the Backbooth show are $20, and are available online at backbooth.com or at the door, if it’s not sold out.
