Ripley’s Believe It or Not! will pay tribute to the ancient art of sword swallowing on World Sword Swallower’s Day, Saturday, February 27.
As part of the event, they will hold free sword swallowing performances for the public.
Orlando’s own Ted Campbell will put his death-defying sword swallowing and fire eating skills on display. Other performers include Red Stuart, who has swallowed 50+ swords at one time, and Bill Berry, who juggles while sword swallowing.
The show will start at 1:30 pm with an official swallow at 2:27 pm to coincide with the 2/27 date.
Ripley’s Orlando Odditorium is located at 8201 International Dr. The sword swallowing performances will be FREE, but admission is required to tour the Odditorium.
