Chicago-based Americana artist Adam Lee will be stopping through Orlando January 30th as part of his Cashin’ Out Tour, for a show at Lil’ Indies.

Adam Lee

After spending more than two years portraying Johnny Cash in the Tony Award-winning musical Million Dollar Quartet, he is preparing to release a solo album of original material.

Combining elements of rock, country, and rhythm and blues, the tour features all-new original music by Lee, along with songs from his previous outfit The Dead Horse Sound Company. In addition to his theater accolades, Lee has garnered an Ameripolitan Award nomination (Dale Watson’s accolade for all things Roots), and song placements in two of writer/director Kevin Smith’s films (Red State, TUSK).

Lee’s show at Lil’ Indies is free, and also features local artists Sean Holcomb and Johnny Knuckles. The venue is at 1036 N. Mills Ave in Orlando.
