Walt Disney World’s California Grill closed earlier this year for a revamp, and it looks like the menu is also getting some new items.
The Disney Parks Blog interviewed the restaurant’s pastry chef, Jeff Barnes, and he said one of the new desserts being added to the menu is a Sundae Sampler. This mini-trio features a Coke float, a strawberry sundae, and a carmel corn sundae.
He also stated there will be two new breads, a whole-grain sourdough roll and a lavender-infused focaccia, made with fresh California lavender, olive oil and other herbs.
No word on when the California Grill will reopen, but we’ll let you know when Disney sets a date.
