Raglan Road Master Chef Kevin Dundon has created a special menu that will be featured at the restaurant’s Summer Solstice Signature Dinner that will take place June 20, 2013.
The five-course menu will be paired with wines chosen for that dish. Among the entrees are crispy Dungarvan pale ale battered Atlantic monkfish with sea salted chips, and a sage butter roasted poussin with lemon scented potato puree.
