If you’ve ever watched acrobats in a circus and though you’d like to try that, then you’ll want to check out Trapeze Federation, a new attraction open in Orlando.
Located near the intersection of S. Kirkman and International Dr., Trapeze Federation offers classes to ages 5 and up, where participants learn basic skills needed to safely fly on a trapeze.
A standard class generally runs for 2 hours, for a maximum of up to 10 students. Each has 4-6 turns to jump off the platform and the opportunity to get “caught” by another trapeze instructor.
Lessons are open to participants of all skill levels, though due to the safety harness system, there is a maximum weight limit of 200 pounds.
Classes are $60 per person, though there are discount packages for multiple classes. They also host birthday parties.
Trapeze Federation is located at 7032 S. Kirkman Road in Orlando. It is open Wednesdays through Sundays. For more information, visit trapezefederation.com.
